Many of our products are hand made in small batches by artisans, thus some of our products have individual character. If you feel that your purchase does not meet your expectations please contact us online at returns@providenceantiques.com or call us directly at 404-872-7551 and we will do what we can to make it right. Should you receive damaged or defective goods, please keep all original packing materials and contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order, and we will advise you of the next step. Please know that we are unable to acccept returned merchandise without first providing you with a return authorization code.

We understand that privacy and security are of the utmost importance when shopping online, so we offer SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that encrypts your personal information and protects your privacy. Shipping and Delivery 

We ship in-stock items within 2-3 days via  UPS ground. We offer all delivery service through UPS unless otherwise indicated. We regret that at this time we are unable to ship to P.O.Boxes or international addresses. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, letting you know that your order has been placed, with an estimated shipping time and tracking number . We will let you know immediately if an item will take longer than expected to ship, or if an item is out of stock.
Please allow us to calculate shipping and handling costs for you. By adding items to your cart, shipping and handling costs are calculated for you. As you proceed to the checkout you will see your purchases listed, as well as their shipping charges. After your review, simply submit your order

Gift Wrap

We are more than happy to gift wrap any purchase from providenceantiques.com in our unique, signature gift wrap for an additional fee of $5.00, unless otherwise noted. When you proceed to the checkout simply click the gift wrap box, and the item will be wrapped, and the invoice received with the item will not display a price, only instructions to return if desired.
